Throughout the Arc, everyone will encounter good and bad. The question is what side others will pick. There are factions within this and there are quite a few. The list you will find here.

Good:

• Fire Knights
• Darklight
• Ice Prince
• Darkrunner Industries
• Confederates
• The Allies
• The Darkheart Coven

Bad: 

• Mutant Army
• Strike Raiders
• Fanatics
• Dark Templars 
• Stalwarts
• Sellswords
• Pack of Cyrene

Neutrals: 

• Mecenary Camp of Teliene
• Rebellion Squad

These groups will ultimately give rewards for the reputation you gain or lose. Note you cannot choose something from the Good and expect to be able to place Rep Grind with the Bad.
